Biography

Rome, 1978. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.

He graduated in law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, with a thesis in Public Law entitled ‘Parliamentary Immunity’ (supervisor Prof. Augusto Cerri). He then studied civil law subjects, with a particular preference for commercial, corporate and bankruptcy law at the Law Division of the University of Catania. He attended the Specialisation Course in Legal Matters at the University “L.U.I.S. Guido Carli” in Rome participating, among other things, in a six-month internship at the first section of the Criminal Court of Appeal in Rome.

He is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Division and provides his services of legal advice and assistance, both out-of-court and in litigation, particularly in the areas of contracts, civil and professional liability, bankruptcy law and debt collection. He also deals with sports law, advising in extrajudicial, judicial and arbitration proceedings.

He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2014.

He is a speaker at various conferences organised by the Co.Re.Com. Lazio and Sandro Pertini Hospital on legal and management issues (coaching-team leading).
