She graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, with a thesis in civil law entitled “The preliminary contract with early execution”.

She provides legal advice and assistance, both in and out of court, in the area of civil law, with particular reference to contracts and the area of civil liability contractual and non-contractual liability.

She is a member of the Banking and Finance, Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate Crisis and Debt Restructuring and Real Estate divisions. She assists leading companies in the drafting and conclusion of commercial contracts, in the subsequent execution of agreements and in the eventual litigation phase. She has gained in-depth experience in the energy sector, in the field of renewable energy, the transportation of energy sources and the creation of related infrastructures and the regulated regime of the Gas Transportation Default Service, advising leading companies in and out-of-court litigation. She has also practised in Italian law firms specialising in banking law and labour law.

She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2015.
