Originally established as a metalworking company, Vipal has evolved into a fully integrated elevator manufacturer, employing approximately 50 people and experiencing steady sales growth, including across European markets.<\/p>\n<p>Legal assistance to the shareholders of Vipal S.p.A. was provided by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/qltlex.com\/en\/team\/nicola-romano\/\">Nicola Romano<\/a><\/span>, Partner at QLT Law &amp;
