Biography
Rome, 1979. Member of the Rome Bar.
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2003.
He specialises in company law and commercial contracts.
He advises Italian and foreign clients, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
He has gained particular experience in advising Italian and foreign companies in the automotive and food & beverage sectors.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2008.
