She graduated at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2023, with a final mark of 108/110.

She obtained an LL.M. in “International Business Law” from Université Paris – Panthéon Assas in 2026, and a Level II Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2023.

She is a member of the Corporate and M&A division, advising on M&A transactions and corporate matters, as well as commercial contracts (also cross-borders).

She has also gained experience in banking and finance disputes.

Before joining the firm, she had been working at a boutique law firm in Milan.

She also completed an Erasmus period at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland).
