Lawyer Evaristo Maria Fabrizio spoke today, Thursday 15 May, at the microphones of Sky TG24 about the latest news in the Superbonus Decree Law. The Superbonus Decree was approved in the Senate chamber with 101 yes, 64 no, no abstentions. The measure, for which the government requested and obtained a vote of confidence, now passes to the House. The speech addressed the doubts and critical issues felt by operators in relation to the increase in the period of deductibility of tax credits, the change in the provisions on offsetting with INAIL contributions and premiums, as well as the aspects related to the strengthening of controls on construction sites.
