He is Head of the division of Litigation and Banking, member of the Constructions & Real Estate and Gas division.

He assists multinational companies operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors in areas related to dispute resolution – also at transnational level – in civil and commercial matters, as well as on issues relating to contractual public and private procurement contracts.

Expert in banking litigation and derivative finance.

He is a member of Arbitration and Technical Advisory Boards and speaker at conventions and conferences relating to his subjects of expertise.
