Rome, 1985. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Council, qualified to practise before the higher courts.

Graduated in Law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ in 2009.

In 2013 she carried out a period of research, as a “ricercadora”, at the Universidad de Granada – Departamento de Derecho administrativo and in December 2015 she obtained her PhD in Administrative Law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’.

From 2010 to 2014 she was a lecturer in the Inter-University Master’s Degree Course in Organisation and Operation of the Public Administration, organised by the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and by the L.U.I.S. Guido Carli – Faculty of Law and from 2011to 2020 she is tutor in the Advanced Course in Energy Law organised by the L.U.I.S. Guido Carli University. From 2011 to 2014 she was lecturer of the Master in Management and Regulation for Sustainable Energy organised by L.U.I.S. Guido Carli University and the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions at the same university.

Since February 2016 she has been collaborating with Utilitalia – Imprese Acqua Ambiente Energia as a contact person for procurement and concessions issues.

She is Head of the Division of Administrative Law, Energy and Environment, assisting and advocating individuals and companies mainly in the areas of public contracts (procedures public evidence and contract execution), public network services and utilities (energy and waste), competitors and, more generally on regulatory issues.

She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2012, a founding member of AGAmm – Associazione Giovani Amministrativisti and a member of the Roman Administrative Chamber, as well as a speaker at numerous conferences and events and author of specialist publications.
