Rome, 2 July – The associated law and tax firm QLT Law & Tax announces the appointment of attorney Gianluca Abbati Bussetti as Of Counsel.

Abbati Bussetti will strengthen the Corporate and Commercial Law Department, which assists entrepreneurs and companies in M&A transactions, business contracts and, more broadly, all stages of corporate life, from extraordinary transactions to governance.

Born in Rome in 1979, Abbati Bussetti is a member of the Rome Bar and has consolidated experience in corporate and commercial law, gained alongside leading national and international companies. He has advised major multinationals operating in several sectors, including, in particular, food & beverage and automotive.
