Latina, 1970. Lawyer at the Latina Bar Association, qualified to practise before the higher courts.

He graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1996.

He was an officer in the Carabinieri Corps from 1996 to 1999.

He carries out general consultancy and extrajudicial assistance as well as advocacy for the defence in trial at a national level in all the main areas of criminal law also in relation to the protection of the party offended by the crime.

He specialises in the protection of health and safety in the workplace. He is an expert in the protection of health and safety in the workplace pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 (accidents at work), in income tax and value added tax pursuant to Legislative Decree 267/1942, in the administrative liability of entities for offences pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in matters concerning Privacy pursuant to the GDPR (EU Reg. 679/2016), as well as in disciplines for the protection of trademarks, image and assets.

It provides ongoing contractual and general assistance for the peculiarities inherent to its area of expertise, to companies and entities.

He is a member of the Criminal Chamber “Giorgio Zeppieri” and a member of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers.
