Member of the Naples Bar Association.Graduated in Law at the University Federico II of Naples in 1997.He obtained a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from SIOI, the Italian Society for International Organisation in 2000. In 2000, he won the ‘XV° Cycle of Doctorate in International Law’ competition at the Faculty of Law of the Federico II University of Naples. In 2018, he obtained a Master’s degree for Data Protection Officer at Euroconference, Centro Studi Forense.He is Head of the Real Estate division and Co-Head of the departments of Corporate and M&A, Privacy and Compliance. He assists Italian and foreign companies on real estate issues, corporate law and corporate governance issues. He has also acquired considerable experience in the drafting and implementation of Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (and in related risk mapping, risk analysis and gap analysis activities) and is a member of several supervisory bodies.He has been a member of the Naples Bar Association since 2002 and of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2012. He is also a Member of the Scientific Committee and lecturer of Corporate Law at the Master Law and Business and MBA Management and Strategy deI Sole24Ore (Milan).
