Biography
Milan, 1981. Lawyer at the Milan Bar Association.
He graduated in Law from the University of Studies of Milan in 2006.
He obtained an LL.M. in “Banking, Finance & Corporation” from Fordham University of New York in 2014.
He is a member of the Banking & Finance division and of the Corporate and M&A division, advising banks, financial institutions and corporations in (Italian and international) acquisition, real estate and corporate finance transactions, as well as debt restructuring.
He also has significant experience in commercial contracts (including leases and tenders), corporate assistance and M&A transactions.
He has worked in leading international law firms both in Italy (where he has been a partner) and abroad (London and Madrid) and held secondmentat electronics, telephony, construction, engineering and mechanical production, as well as brewers.
He lectures at the Master Diritto e Impresa de Il Sole24Ore (Milan).
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2013 and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2015.
