Biography
Rome, 1992. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome ‘Tor Vergata’ in 2017.
In 2021, he obtained his PhD in Administrative Law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” with the following evaluation: “Excellent quality with honours”. Since 2019, at the same University, he has been an Expert in Administrative Law and assists in the teaching activities of the Administrative Law I and II of the Law degree course. In the academic year 2023/2024 he is Lecturer – pursuant to Art. 23, paragraph 1 of Law no. 240/2010 – at the Telematic University “Universitas Mercatorum”, for teaching Administrative Law in the L-12 degree course “Languages and Markets”.
He is a member of the Administrative, Energy and Environmental Law department and provides assistance – both judicial and extrajudicial – with particular reference to public works, services and supply contracts, public service and public goods concessions, project finance, public competitions and consumer protection law.
He is ‘Administrative Secretary’ with legal support tasks in several Technical Advisory Boards.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2022 and a member of AGAmm – Association of Young Administrative Lawyers and the Roman Administrative Chamber
