Biography
Rome, 1990. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ in 2016. After graduation, he obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental Law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ (2019-2020).
He is a member of the Administrative Law, Energy and Environment Division, within which he provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance in particular in the areas of environmental law, with specific regard to environmental permits and waste management, energy law and public competitions. With reference to the energy sector, in which he has significant experience, he assists and advises companies, private individuals and administrations mainly in matters relating to the placement on the market of energy produced from renewable sources, the provision and management of incentives for energy production, the issuance of green certificates and the qualification of energy plants.
He is a speaker at industry seminars on environmental law and author of specialist publications.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2019 and a member of the AGAmm – Young Administrative Lawyers Association and of the Roman Administrative Chamber.
He is the author of specialist publications.
