Biography
Messina, 1971. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.
Graduated in Law at the LUISS ‘Guido Carli’ University of Rome in 1999 (maxima cum laude). He obtained a Master’s degree in Information Technology Law in 2004.
He is a member of the Litigation Division within which he deals with civil, commercial and civil procedural law and has provided legal assistance in and out of court in favour of Italian and foreign companies in contractual and non-contractual liability, debt collection, corporate liability actions, bonds and financial products, and contracts for the acquisition and sale of goods and services.
He has also gained significant experience in the field of protection of intellectual and industrial property by drafting contracts for the assignment and acquisition of rights of exploitation of distinctive signs and intellectual works, IT contracts in general, e-commerce and unfair competition.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2006.
