Biography
Cosenza, 1970. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Council, qualified to practise before the higher courts.
He graduated with honours in Law from the LUISS ‘Guido Carli’ University in Rome in 1994.
Head of the Corporate Law – M&A division, he is an expert in corporate law, special transactions (M&A), commercial and real estate contracts, as well as assistance in contractual and non-contractual disputes.
He has gained particular experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies in the Automotive, Energy, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Hotel& Leisure and Tobacco.
He is a founding partner of the firm and co-Managing Partner.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1998 and of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2010.
