Biography
Genoa, 1946. Lawyer of the Milan Bar, authorized to practice before higher courts.
He graduated in Law from the University of Genoa. He attended an intensive course in American Law and International Law at Yale University in 1984.
He has been a partner in several international firms, gaining extensive experience in the sector of corporate law, including product liability in the interest of the manufacturer, including in litigation, providing ongoing assistance to companies operating in the production and marketing of consumer goods.
He carries out consultancy activities in the corporate sector, with reference to mergers and acquisitions, and contracts, in particular with reference to procurement, supply, distribution, franchising and licensing contracts.
He has been a speaker at conferences and courses on governance, with particular focus on the responsibility of CEOs and general managers of joint-stock companies.
Since 1979 he has been a member of the IBA – International Bar Association and since 2005 an officer of the International Commerce and Distribution Committee.
He curated the “Digitising of International Commerce” conference within the IBA.
He is a member of the Scientific Committee and since 2005 has been a teacher of corporate law and contracts at the Master in Law and Business (Milan and Rome) of the 24 Ore Business School.
He was a member of the ASLA Board of Directors and Head of the “Business Law” Working Group.
