Biography
Rome, 1965. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Council, qualified to practise before the higher courts.
He graduated in Law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ in 1992.
Subsequently became head of the Employment Law division at Tonucci & Partners in 1998 and a partner of the firm in 2001. Since 2011, he has been a founding partner of Quorum Studio legale e tributario.
He is Head of the division of labour law, Social Security and Industrial Relations and member of the Privacy Division, he assists multinational companies operating in the industrial, commercial and services in issues related to human resources management, relations of subordinate and autonomous nature, agency relations and for aspects social security and privacy aspects. Its activity covers operations of corporate restructuring, M&A, MBOs, stock option plans, industrial relations industrial relations. He has gained in-depth experience in managing the employment of Top Managers. He assists Italian and foreign companies on issues related to the processing of personal data.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1997 and a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI).
He has held teaching positions in Masters at LUISS Guido Carli and at the Masters Diritto e Impresa de Il Sole24Ore (Rome and Milan), he was a lecturer in the Public Employment Law Course – MiPAF – 2004 – for Sfera SpA. He is the author of numerous publications on labour law.
