He graduated in Law from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ in 2016.

In the same year, he worked as a trainee at the Committee of the Regions and at the Brussels representative office for the Molise region.

From September 2016 to March 2020, he attends a PhD at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” within the curriculum of the European Environmental Administrative Law.

Since 2017, he has been collaborating with Giuffré Francis Lefebvre following various publishing projects and supporting database services prepared by the publisher.

He is a member of the Division of Administrative Law, Energy and Environment, in which he advises private individuals and companies mainly in the fields of construction and town planning, industrial and commercial permits, state concessions, public financing and contributions, competitions, public liability and election law. He has significant experience in regulatory drafting and assists cultural associations and political parties in the work of their statutory bodies.

He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2019 and a member of the AGAmm- Young Administrative Lawyers Association and of the Roman Administrative Chamber, as well as a speaker at training courses and conferences, and author of numerous publications in the subjects of interest.
