The Department of Administrative Law, Energy and Environment offers assistance to businesses, public bodies and private citizens in all sectors of administrative law.

The department’s team has gained significant expertise in litigation before the Administrative Judge (Regional Administrative Courts and Council of State), the Court of Auditors, the Constitutional Court and in the European Court (C.G.U.E. and ECHR Court) and civil courts of all levels and degree and communicate frequently with the public administration in the procedural phase, including pre-litigation.

The Department’s activity is focused on the following activities and also extends to any litigation phases:

  • assistance during participation in public procedures and during the execution of public contracts;
  • assistance to Contracting Authorities;
  • assistance in the sector of public contributions and financing, both in the phase of participation in tenders and in the execution of projects and use of incentives;
  • assistance and consultancy regarding publicly held companies and local public services
  • assistance in authorization procedures for the construction and operation of industrial settlements or plants (A.I.A., A.U.A., discharges, emissions), energy production plants, works and projects (including EIA and A.U. procedures);
  • assistance in matters of environmental certifications (EMAS, Ecolabel, etc.), green procurement, landscape and environmental constraints;
  • assistance in urban planning procedures (P.R.G., subdivision plans, detailed plans, recovery plans, integrated intervention plans, area plans), consensual and negotiated urban planning, program agreements, expropriation proceedings, civic uses, building permits, D.I.A. , S.C.I.A., building sanctions, Housing Plan, amnesties and amnesties;
  • assistance in operations that require carrying out urban-building due diligence;
  • assistance and consultancy in matters of administrative-accounting responsibility;
  • assistance with electoral procedures and limitations on active and passive electorate.
