Biography
Portoferraio, 1975. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.
She graduated in Law at the University of Pisa in 2001. She attended the Scuola di Formazione Forense at the University of Pisa and qualified as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal in Florence.
She is a member of the department of labour law, social security and industrial relations and deals with judicial and extrajudicial assistance in matters of individual and collective dismissals, social shock absorbers, company re-organisations, company transfers, drafting of individual employment contracts, legal management and application of labour law and national collective bargaining, negotiation and enforceable legal management of company union agreements, litigation.
She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2007.
She is the author of publications on employment law.
