Biography
Torre del Greco (NA), 1964. Chartered Accountant of the Order of Rome and Legal Auditor.
He graduated in Economic and Maritime Sciences from the Naval University Institute of Naples in 1989.
He obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the LUISS ‘Guido Carli’ University School of Management in Rome in 1991.
He has been a partner in the taxation area of important legal and tax firms operating in national and international contexts and of primary auditing firms.
He is Head of the firm’s Tax Law Division, providing assistance in tax and corporate matters to national and multinational companies operating in the following sectors industrial, commercial and service sectors (including express courier, shipping, legal gaming, NHS-accredited nursing homes and the financial sector). He has extensive experience in advising on both ordinary (direct and indirect taxes) and special transactions arising from corporate restructuring, liquidation and M&A operations. He routinely assists clients both during tax audits and in the pre-litigation and tax litigation phases.
He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of supervisory bodies 231/01 of several large companies, including listed ones, operating in various economic sectors including banking.
He is an adjunct lecturer in “Financial Statement Analysis and Accounting II” at the Advanced Course in Economic and Financial Policing – Advanced Training School of the Guardia di Finanza (since 2014).
