Biography
Pagani (SA), 1973. Licensed to practice as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
He graduated in Economics at the University of Salerno in 1996.
He obtained a Master’s degree in Tax Law at the Luiss Guido Carli School of Management in 1997.
From 1997 to 2019 he gained experience in the tax division of EY, a leading auditing firm, dealing with ordinary and extraordinary tax consultancy in various economic sectors, with a focus on domestic and international taxation issues.
He is a member of the Department of Tax Law and Consulting, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, in which he assists companies in relation to tax disputes, both in the pre-litigation and contentious phase, in the preparation of petitions and opinions. He has significant professional experience in M&A, dealing with tax structuring and tax due diligence, company valuation, etc.
He has carried out training activities in corporate taxation.
In 2023, he taught an “Economic and Financial Investigator” course at the School of Economic and Financial Police in Rome.
