Biography
Naples, 1974. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ in 2001.
He is a member of the Labour Law Division, within which he advises multinational companies operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors on aspects related to human resources management, subordinate and independent relationships, agency relationships and social security aspects.
This counselling covers corporate restructuring, M&A, MBO, industrial relations. He has gained in-depth experience in the management of agency relationships.
He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2004 and he is the author of publications in his field of interest.
