Biography
L’Aquila, 1979. Licensed to practice as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
Graduated in economics and commerce from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2003. She attained a Master’s degree in Tax Law and Tax Planning from the LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome in 2006.
She is Managing Associate of the Tax Consultancy and Tax Law division and carries out-consulting and assistance in tax matters for companies operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors. Her main areas of specialisation are: corporate taxation in direct and indirect taxation; tax planning for Italian and multinational groups; corporate re-organisations and M&A transactions; corporate taxation. She also provides assistance in pre-litigation and litigation phases in tax litigation.
Enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome and in the Register of Auditors.
She holds the position of auditor in several companies.
Lecturer in corporate taxation: fiscal treatment of the main income components and special transactions, at the Guardia di Finanza – Economic and Financial Police School in Ostia Lido (since 2023).
