Biography

Rome, 1980. Lawyer at the Milan Bar Council, qualified to practise before the higher courts.

He graduated in Law at the LUISS ‘Guido Carli’ University of Rome in 2004.

He obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law from the LUISS “Guido Carli” University of Rome in 2005. Since 2018 he has been collaborating as Employment expert contributor (Italy) for the journal The Law Reviews in London.

He is Head of the division of Employment Law and member of the Privacy Division, he assists multinational companies operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors in issues related to human resources management, relationships of subordinate and autonomous, agency relationships and for social security aspects and privacy aspects. This consultancy covers corporate restructuring operations, M&A, MBOs, stock option plans, industrial relations. He has gained a in-depth experience in managing the employment relationship of top managers. He assists Italian and foreign companies on issues relating to the processing of personal data.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee and lecturer in Labour Law at the Masters in Law and Business and Human Resources of Il Sole24Ore (Rome and Milan) and at LUISS Guido Carli and is author of about 45 publications on labour law.

He edits the Rassegna della Giurisprudenza di Merito for Guida al Lavoro.

He is an adjunct professor of ‘Sociology of the economic processes of labour’ at the International Telematic University Uninettuno (since 2022).

He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2007 and has been a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) since 2005, the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2012 and the Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI) since 2013. He is also a member of AIRIA (Italian Association for the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence) and head of the Working Group “AI, Labour and Industrial Relations” (since 2024), as well as member of YPO for Italy (since 2022).
