Biography
Rome, 1977. Lawyer at the Rome Bar Association.
He graduated in Law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ in 2004.
After graduating, he attended specialisation courses in European law at SIOI – Società Italiana per l’Organizzazione Professionale Internazionale and then collaborated with various international and Italian law firms.
He specialises in corporate law, banking and financial markets, energy, commercial and international contracts, real estate, litigation, arbitration and mediation.
He assists national and international companies and financial intermediaries in M&A transactions, stock market listings, financing, real estate transactions, debt restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Member of the Rome Bar Association since 2006.
